Who says hair salons are for just cutting hair anymore? This Bellevue salon with its full service special hydro-treatment, massage facilities, and manicure booths was no exception. The salon also serves as an art gallery for NW artists. With all these parameters in mind, SLG designed a multi-layered and flexible lighting system for the owner that would meet all these demands—including those of styling hair with adequate light levels from a high ceiling space. For not only function but also for atmosphere, dimming fluorescents were incorporated into the special treatment rooms. |
