Warmth, intimacy, and good food come together synergistically with custom lighting design from PLD in this Capitol Hill establishment. An avant-garde feeling was created for the dining area by designing custom drop pendants with three stem styles and five frosted acrylic shapes – all of which utilize a small MR16 light source with backlight for viewing the frosted acrylic shapes from above. As a major focal point, the curved bar deserved special attention with a custom curved strap-steel fixture housing tiny halogen lights. All lighting circuits comprise scenes which are individually controlled by an integrated dimming system giving the client the ultimate in control.
