Lake Samammish House
Redmond, WA
Architect: Thomas Harle Architects
Interior Design: Susan Okamoto

Without reference to colonial influences at the homeowner's request, this lighting design was accomplished in collaboration with the architect and interior designer and implemented through the use of discretely placed wall sconces and recessed rectangular instruments with multiple lamps. The entry of the home was unique in that all entry light was accomplished with indirect dimmable sources. Special wall sconces and task lighting were incorporated into the design for the owner's jewelry studio. A single fiber optic light bar with adjustable nozzles concealed above the living room cabinet valence illuminates the objects on the glass shelves.
