Property Prep for New Build

Before

The client was looking to get ¾ of an acre cleared. They wanted the strippings buried on the boundary line and the dirt from this, used to help balance the property. The client also wanted a house pad installed on the property. 

Stump Out, Ground Leveled

After

The home owner wanted a stump removed. Also ordered a load of dirt to fill in the hole made from the unwanted stump. We were also able to fill in a few unwanted low spots in the area with the extra dirt.

Selective Clearing & House Pad

Our team knocked out an irrigation canal for a duck impoundment to pull water closer to where the pump sits! 600ft long, 20 ft wide, 10 feet deep—should have plenty of capacity for the upcoming season!
